Our Stories
MEGA College was established in the summer of 2012. Its headquarters is located in downtown Montreal, Canada. It also has a branch campus in Brossard, providing language training in Chinese, English, French and Spanish, and simultaneous tutoring for local school-age courses at all levels. Our school has the original intention of providing high-quality teaching to help students progress, and always focuses on the quality of teaching, which is widely loved by students and parents in the society.
Our school’s gold course is the TEFaQ/TCFQ pre-test training course. As the oldest TEFaQ pre-test training institution in Montreal, it focuses on comprehensively improving students’ French ability and standardized test preparation. As of the end of 2021, According to incomplete statistics, our school has helped students successfully obtain TEFAQ/TCFQ and other international standardized French certification exams at B2 and higher levels, successfully clearing language barriers for thousands of local students. The above outstanding results are achieved by the joint efforts of teachers and students of our school. Therefore, among the local students who love to learn French, we don't rely on overwhelming advertising, just rely on word-of-mouth praise.

Ying Wen
MEd (Foreign Language) Lumière University Lyon III hold several degrees, including a bachelor’s degree in English of Tianjin Foreign Studies University, French Advanced Courses of Catholic University of Lyon, and a master’s degree of Foreign Language Education of Lumière University Lyon II. I have taught at the School of Foreign Languages of Tianjin University of Technology for four years. Having been in France for five years, I obtained a dual master's degree in Foreign Languages and Education, and meanwhile I have taught in France for three years. Up to now, it has been nearly 20 years since I started my teaching career. Immigrating to Montreal in early 2009 and establishing the MEGA College in 2012, over the years, I have helped a great number of Chinese students to complete their studies of various subjects at different levels, including Listening and speaking communication, Phonetics, Grammar summary, Tutoring courses on primary and secondary school subjects, TEFaQ/TCFQ pre-test training and Immigrant French interview tutorial.
Mandy Xu
MEd (Second Language) McGill UniversityMaster’s Degree in Second Language Education of McGill University. Being a polyglot of English, Spanish, French, Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin), I have abundant experience in language learning and teaching. From a language lover to a language instructor, I am able to understand the students’ learning difficulties and doubts regarding language learning based on my own experiences. Engaged in language teaching for several years, not only do I focus on language teaching, but I also pay close attention to subjects in the secondary school level, especially English, history and other compulsory credit courses. I would guide students to understand the subject content and prepare for the provincial exams, while at the same time reduce the students’ learning anxiety caused by unfamiliar subject content or lack of background knowledge in their subjects.
Mingyang Sheng
DESS (English-French translation) University of MontrealSheng Mingyang holds a Bachelor's degree in French Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a DESS in English-French translation from the University of Montreal. She has worked for several years in trilingual translation (English - French - Mandarin) and in language teaching. She has been teaching at the MEGA College since 2013. She teaches fundamental French course (FLE), Speaking of TEFaQ, Grammar and Private French classes as well as the seminary for the Quebec immigration interview. As one of the senior teachers at MEGA College, she is known for her rich teaching experiences. Her sharp and clear style of teaching has gained a great esteem by the students.

Mengyan Wang
